Commitment:
|
A member of the Blue
Dolphin Diving team may attend any scheduled practices between now and
the end of July. All families are required to work at any meets the team
may hold throughout the year.
Families who who choose not to help at a meet, may pay a fee $50/per day to the club.

Club Membership Fee: |
The cost is $50 yearly, payable to Blue Dolphin Diving, and is due prior
to starting practice. |

All divers must register as a member of Jersey Rebel Diving @ USA
Diving before attending any tower practices or USD Diving Meets or
USD sanctioned Invitationals.
These are secondary insurance coverage's. The AAU secondary insurance
covers practices, dry board, trampoline, & somersaulting out of belts.
This coverage only takes effect after your primary insurance and
deductibles are paid. The AAU secondary insurance coverage also covers
divers for any formally scheduled, supervised, and conducted by a
recognized sports organization, civic group, or school, and the host rules
must be enforced.

Meets: |
The schedule
will be given to all team members via email. Meets are mandatory. It is
important that your child, in order to be successful, attend any meets
that they qualify to participate in. All local invitational meets will be
AAU events. All other events we will enter will be USD events. |

Some JO
Team members will
compete in the Tri-State League. There will be a coaching fee of $25 for each meet that the
diver attends.

|
|
Travel: |
I
make all travel arrangements.
You will be responsible for the cost of travel for your child, and Coaches
Travel costs. When booking
airfares, once you commit, you are responsible for the cost of that
ticket.

Divers traveling without parents, hotel bills and car rentals are divided by the number of people traveling.
|

Coaching Fees: |
Coaches
Travel Costs are divided by the number of athletes participating in the
meet. That includes all AAU invitationals, USD invitationals, and all
Senior level meets. The cost will be divided by the number of Athletes
attending the meet. Estimated
costs will try to be figured out ahead of time, if possible, but it would
be stated on your bill that the costs are estimated. Actual costs would be
posted to your bill after trips, and any differences will be added or
subtracted to your bill. |

Diving
Clinics: |
Those
who choose not to participate in any Diving Clinics scheduled during the year
will be subject to no practice during that period. We offer 3 to 4
clinics a year. |

| Practices: |
You
will be given monthly practice schedules ahead of time.
You will
usually have Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 4-6:30pm & Friday's 4-6pm each
week to practice.
You may come to as many practices weekly as
you wish to attend. Saturday practices may also be offered 10am-12pm. These practices
will be offered by the coach to those divers who show an exceptional work
ethic. Our practice schedule runs around the availability of
the college pool schedule.

Tower:
|
Tower
practice will be held on Thursday evenings at Rutgers University. Practice
will be from 5:30-7:30. All fees associated with tower practice will be
each diver’s responsibility and payable in cash to Fred Woodruff. I will
be attending all practices for tower. |

|
Fundraising: |
Anyone interested on
the team is welcome to do fundraising. The company is currently a
nonprofit company with a 501(c) status. This means you may seek sponsors,
and those sponsors may deduct their contributions from their taxes. If you
